Hi all! My name is Carina. I'm sorry, I'm a new seller on Amazon and I can't figure out why after adding the listing, an error "The value specified is invalid, please select another value" appears after a while. Although I produce small rings, it is important to me that clients choose the type of metal and the size
of the ring. I would be grateful for any help.

Thanks for reaching out! You may be experiencing this error for numerous reasons and Ive listed some below.
The item type keyword you entered does not match any of the predefined item types on Amazon.
The item type keyword you entered contains spaces or special characters that are not allowed. Item type keywords should consist of only letters, numbers, and dashes.
The item type keyword you entered is too long. Item type keywords should be no more than 250 characters.
The item type keyword you entered is too short. Item type keywords should be at least 2 characters.
You will want to check the item type keyword entered against the above points and make sure it follows the Amazon guidelines to try to resolve this error.
Including a quick read on Classify your products with Product Classifier and Classify your products.
If none of these resources work, please open a case with Seller Support and then respond back to this thread with the case id so that I can follow your case.
