My 1099 shows zero income before I moved last year
Last year, I moved at the end of May. I am still in the same city, zip code, county, etc with the same Taxpayer ID. The only thing that changed was that I moved 1/4 mile away. My 1099 shows zeros for Jan - April, and just a tiny bit (equiv to a couple of days) for May. Where did all the other income go? I've moved before, and this has never happened.

Having or not having a 1099-K does not really change your taxes. You still owe the taxes due on all of your income. Amazon may eventually send you the form, but odds are it went to the old address.
