The account I have is under review. I have provided last 30 days of tracking numbers, and delivery status of all the orders I have fulfilled, along with that I have provided all the business information they've requested. Along with that I've provided resolution information & tracking info for all the chargebacks / refunds over the last 3 months. I have a 4.8 review on my profile (total of 117 ratings), and in the last 30 days i've only had 1 review, and it was 5 starts.
Is there anything else I should provide to cover off all the bases?

Did you provide a valid reason for your refunds? What they want to know, is that you didn't refund buyers to avoid bad feedback/reviews or, that people didn't get free products to LEAVE positive reviews. Have buyers you refunded left positive reviews/ feedback?
