Swiffer Ungated Last Week, Now Regated Before Shipment – Need Help
Hi everyone,
I was recently ungated to sell Swiffer products just last week, and everything was looking good for my first shipment. I was scheduled to send out inventory this upcoming Tuesday, but I just noticed that I've been regated for the same Swiffer ASINs I was approved for.
II'm not sure why the category restriction came back. Do I need to resubmit documents or contact Seller Support directly? I have been trying to get ungated all day but they are declining my applications
I’d really appreciate any insight, this is holding up my shipment and I don’t want to lose momentum right after getting ungated.

Do you have permission from Swiffer to sell their products? Amazon will ungate anyone at first so they can make money off of you. Amazon ungating you doesn't automatically mean the brand owner has given you permission to sell their products.

I'm pretty sure that P&G is locked down pretty good. So you'll need to submit your Letter of Authorization from Proctor & Gamble stating that you are authorized to sell Swiffer products on Amazon.
