Questions about the process of Brand Registry
A few days ago,I start my brand registry process and submitting the requested information to Amazon Brand Registry, and 3 days later I got a reply from them that says :
''After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we have forwarded your application for next steps in the enrollment process which will be communicated to you over email.Please expect to hear back from us in 3-5 days with a new case ID which you may refer to for all future correspondence regarding your application.''
In the mean while my original registration case's status is still 'Pending Review'.
And I looked everywhere to find informations like this but all I got is situation about 'decline' or ’long time pending',there's nothing like my situation.
So,
1.Dose this mean I passed the reviewing? Or its just a official reply that tells me they are just getting started?What's next?
2.Should I keep on waiting or when is a good time to open a case to contact them?

Thank you for posting. I would open a case with Seller Support. Once you have done that, please post the case ID # and I will be able to investigate and escalate on your behalf.
