Amazon FBA recommedning new product dimensions
Hello all,
I've started selling products on Amazon as an FBA seller. However, amazon is showing a new product dimension compared to what I put. Could it be that I may have measured it wrong?
For example, I initially put 34 but it says 9.2, 14 but it's saying 16.9.

As Amazon will charge you by the volume of space you consume at the FBA centers, they consider their measurements are correct over yours. You have to hope the Amazon employee is actually measuring the same product as you sent.

It is true that this measurement includes the product's packaging, as our team's do need to calculate the amount of space it will inhabit in a Fulfillment Center. There's more details on this page and instructions for submitting a re-measurement request if you determine one is needed. I'll also include this page on our FBA fees reimbursement policy specific to weight and dimensions in case it is applicable!
