Hi @Seller_lIDC1AesWzGzu

I noticed that you currently have one active listing in the Amazon Mexico (MX) marketplace, which is generating ongoing fees. To prevent further charges:

  1. Switch your region to Mexico using the account dropdown menu
  2. Navigate to Inventory > Manage Inventory
  3. Locate and delete the listing
  4. This will immediately stop any additional charges for the Mexican marketplace.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Best regards,

Connor

Just an FYI, after you fix the MX listing, put that account on vacation mode. You will continue to get charged the monthly fee, as it is part of the US unified account, assuming you are on the professional account.

getting refunded what has been charged

There is nothing to refund. When you get charged in Mexico (or Canada, or Brazil), the total amount will still be the monthly $39.99 (with slight variation due to exchange fluctuations); but since you don't sell in those marketplaces, will be charged to your CC rather than deducted from your balance.

Once you have all other marketplaces with no listings, and on vacation, then the entire $39.99 will be deducted from your .com balance. But the total amount you are being charged does not change.

Just follow the instructions posted above, and it should be right in the next billing cycle.

Also make sure that you do not have any automation or permissions to list your products on the other marketplaces.
