Again I Received a returned Package ( which was undelivered, Hence obviously we expect same return with same package ) Which was different from what i was sent, According to shape size weight and pattern of the package I am being sure the returned package is not mine, Hence I have not opened the package yet now, It is kept as it was received with all seal intact, I have filed safe _ T -claim but again we received same reply

Reason: You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims.
My question is why do I face such scenario like this again and again?
Is it's a solution ?
with this excuse we lost our product and money, is it's a reality?
when I kept the package intact with all seals then why not there are provisions of verifying with your authorized representatives for verification?

you should safe-t claim only for those packets which is high in terms of claim value, because amazon has liimit cap for returns claim. like your claim % should not be more than 10 % of your returns. It might be the reason they are denying your claim

This is a very valid thing that you have mentioned! What I would suggest is that after the safe-t claim option is blocked, we should take all the packages and go to consumer court and file a case with them. As the packages are not opened, we can validate all this and also with CCTV evidence we can clearly prove that this is not the package we shipped! And with blunders like package dimensions and weight we can easily prove the company wrong and from Consumer Court we can get an amount we deserve and we can even frame them for cheating and harassing the sellers.
