I am unable to use Amazon Buy Shipping. Everytime I try I get this error: "Based on your inputs or preferences, there are no shipping services currently eligible for your order. Check that your weight, dimensions, ship date, and carrier preferences are accurate. To see why shipping services were ineligible, please click on the link below."

How can I Fix this as I have tried to click the link and still no way to fix.

We operate on Sundays for SFP. When Monday is a holiday, we often receive orders that show they were quoted to the customer using FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, but then end up with Buy Shipping only providing FedEx Overnight shipping. This happens at such a high percentage (more than 50% of orders) that we've simply elected to disable Prime on 3-Day weekends rather than pay for overnight shipping.

Why does the ordering service say we can use ground shipping but then Buy Shipping says we must use overnight? Why aren't these two services in sync with the shipping holidays?

Does the A-Z cover packages shipped [scanned] on time and are LOST?

Policy states: "customer reports problems with delivery." Technically this isn't delivered, therefore not a problem with delivery, thus the question.

INR Wording

Amazon indicates the seller is to handle it per seller's own customer service guidelines: reship, refund, contact the carrier.

Amazon seems to word that above link to deter using an A-Z claim?

We buy our shipping through Amazon, our shipping settings are set to use USPS ground advantage ONLY, but for the last couple months all our (per Amazon requirements) returns are coming back via UPS and we are being charged almost the amount of the item for it! Why are our settings not being followed? Who is going to refund all of those unauthorized labels you have been charging us for? Currently on chat with support and they keep giving generic answers and cannot find solution either, no wonder no reply.

- Can we ship Non-Amazon orders using Amazon Buy Shipping? For example, wholesale orders, orders from other ecommerce website such as Shopify

- Are the rates of Amazon Buy Shipping lower than the original " Buy Shipping" rates? Can I still use the original "Buy Shipping" service even if I connect to Amazon Buy Shipping?

- Is Amazon Buy Shipping service available on Amazon Japan, Canada, and Mexico also?

- I checked the country list but some of images are error. Can you tell me which countries are available for this service? Attached picture.

It sounds like that if I use Amazon BUY SHIPPING , i would never need to have signature required as I am protected from INR. Is this correct?

If i ship something with Amazons UPS account, and I have an issue where I need to make a claim, UPS always tells me that this tracking # does not belong to my account and that its Amazon's account. How does one go about this? Seems like if I ever have to make a claim with UPS, I never can because its not my account

I've had to send replacement orders to customers in the past, but after a certain amount of (short) time the Amazon Buy Shipping option is no longer available on the completed orders and the customers address is not accessible. Any chance this will change in the future so we can easily ship to customers who need replacements?

1) Why does QZ not have an option to for 4x6 labels WITHOUT a packing slip included? 4x6 packing slips are too small, too expensive, and such a waste of labels.

Is there a way to create a USPS scan form for selected orders? I've found a way to print one for the whole day's orders, but many times I need it to include orders I've completed the night before. I'd love to be able to select the orders myself to be included on the scan form.
