Hello, I currently get the following error

You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.

Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity. In order to reactivate your account, we need to re-verify your identity. You will need the following documents to complete the re-verification.

- Information about your business, if applicable

- 1 government issued photo ID

- 1 bank account statement or credit card statement

- Business license, if applicable.

Please provide the following information to gain complete access

Reactivate Account

And when I click on Reactivate Account, I get the error "Something went wrong, please try again later." and cannot update information to reactivate. I tried to clear cache, use 3 different browers without getting past the same error.

I reached out to support [CASE 17598744091] but I keep getting the same template answer that loops into the same error and it's frustrating and in need of a support from someone who will actually look into the issue.

Connor here, I've reviewed your account and there couple of things that need to be addressed.

I do see your tax information needs to be updated in order for the account to be fully active. Please review that section and update the address and name accordingly.

Also, please re-add your banking information so that your account verification can be triggered again.

Let me know once you complete those two steps so that I can take a second look.
