Remote Fulfillment from US to Mexico
I am a new seller started with 4 ASIN's under one parent. These ASIN's are (Toys & Games -> Other Games) handmade plastic parts products and for some reason the remote fulfillment to Mexico from US inventory is not eligible. I have been back and fourth with seller support for over a week about this issue and all I got at the end is there are export restrictions on these products which is preventing the remote fulfillment from being eligible. Nobody knows in the seller support why or what are these restrictions even the seller support in Mexico does not know. I have tried to send units directly to FBA Mexico using UPS and it was returned from the border as I don't have RFC ID.
Note: I successfully added these ASIN's in Mexico marketplace and they are right now Inactive (Out Of Stock) just waiting for the inventory to be active. Canada FBA is more easier and I successfully sent shipment using FedEx to Canada FBA without any problems on the border. Also I am not yet registered in brand registry, but planning to soon.
I need help with this remote fulfillment to Mexico as it's the only way right now to enable the Mexico Marketplace for my ASIN's. I do have a feeling that I need to fill more information in the listings or something in order to remove the export restriction. If someone has gone through this hassle please let me know.

Are you mainly looking to sell these items to Mexico buyers from US-based FBA fulfillment centers or are you open to either option?
