hola, cambie mi plan professional a individual para que no abonar el costo mensual, seleccione todos los paises pero me dice que mexico no se puede poner plan individual como lo soluciono?
tambien quisiera saber como obtener la devolucion de los $39.99 abonados ya que no utilice ningun servicio

Mexico requires a Professional account to sell and cannot be unlinked from the North America Unified Account. In order to stop the Professional fee, make sure you have no listings under Mexico, then place it on vacation. Make sure when you list on .com that they're also not being automatically added to Mexico.
In order to receive a refund of the Professional Fee, follow the instructions below:

When you sign up for a selling plan you are automatically enrolled in the the North America Unified account which allows you ability to sell in US, Canada and Mexico.
Here is a 2 minute overview of the North America Unified Account for your review.
Additionally, this page has a lot of great resources including FAQ's on the account.
Confirming you are eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that you saw charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process.
You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days.
I did check and confirmed you have completed the step to downgrade to Individual account.
After completing this step, contact Seller Support by following the hyperlink above requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99 and they will get this taken care of for you.
