All of the money from net proceed has gone to reserve
I had a net proceed of $X and suddenly today all of my money went into reserve even when there is a date for its release it was going smoothly from net proceeds to request payment and now its all gone to reserve i have not made any Illegal sales or gotten any email titles " Your amazon selling account" didnt have an A TO Z claims or tax fraud or any refunds and iin My seller app in mobile phone it shows -$144 and in website in PC it shows $0.00 and all of the cases i created just give non sense answers not even regarding to my issue my issue and their response dosent even match i dont know what is the support doing but please on this situation

It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
You can see some common reasons HERE.
How long have your funds been held in the reserve? Have you opened a seller support case? If so kindly share the case ID. I would like to investigate and escalate if need be.
