Amazon Buy Shipping not upholding its own policy
Order was shipped using Amazon Buy Shipping on July 1st and received by USPS on July 2nd, within the Amazon ship by date of July 1 - 2. Tracking 9300120111411754789064. The package was sent to the address Amazon provided of XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. . It is Amazon and the buyer's responsibility to supply the correct address for the package to be delivered. Because the address was inadequate, USPS had difficulty delivering the package. Amazon Buy shipping accepted the address given by the buyer. This is not our error, and we should not be held responsible for this claim, but we were. Not only did the buyer file a claim, we lost, and appealed and lost. CaseID: 15840042201. According to Amazon Buy Shipping, we are protected from claims, and ODR hit.

100% Agree,.. I have turned on vacation mode and am waiting for some dust to settle and see how some back and forth that's been going on for over a month gets resolved. I dont need this level of micro management!
