If you notice that you have been charged Amazon Easy Ship fee incorrectly, fill out the Dispute on Easy Ship weight dimensions clawback form with all the mandatory details mentioned in help page Image referenc fore Easy Ship weight mismatch shipping fee clawback issues and claim refund process-requirementswithin 45 calendar days from the date when the amount was charged by Amazon. After the form is filled, you will receive an email from Amazon within 15 business days whether the request raised was approved or rejected. Please note that providing incomplete details/images may result in rejection of the claim.
