We are brand registered on Amazon, and recently we've tried to attach ourselves to already existing branded products.

We've clicked on the apply to sell option, and in seconds, we've received the following message:

"Selling application for Brand

Your selling application is approved

Congratulations! Your selling application for brand ****** has been approved based on your performance history."

Now we can attach ourselves to the listing, and we can offer a better price than the person (brand) who sells it. We've done this and won the buy box immediately; however, we are afraid that we might be reported by the seller, which could have negative consequences for our account."

Could you please advise on this? What can we do in this case?
