I just finished dealing with an issue where Count and Count type would not update at all. Like at all, I tried all avenues, edit listing, uploading a file etc. I was told to delete listing and wait 24 hours to "unlock" locked attributes. No matter what nothing worked. This was told to me 3 times, even after I told them it doesn't fix anything I was told again. You have to open a case log and just keep going back to that same case and explaining it isn't fixed. It will get escalated eventually, and then a higher up person is going to tell you they need a few minutes and literally fix everything first try....and you won't have to delete anything or wait 24 hours. None of that, they just fix it right then and there. I wonder how much money Amazon wastes on unproductive seller support issues. I also leave mega feedback every time I come into a difficulty with using Amazon seller. These issues were fixed in weeks, I see you've been dealing with this for months. I guess, do what I did. One thing I noticed is they don't like having Case logs keep coming up as not fixed...
