invalid document

Hi,

Im getting an error "invalid document" while trying to upload my driver license.

Without any additional information.

I upload .jpg but the web verificator makes a pdf. Please help. Why my DL doesn't go through?

You do not mention if you are a new Seller or re-establishing your account. I would love to assist with greater detail if you could provide a case ID or Performance Notification I could access some additional specific information on your account.

For now, I would step you through the settings area.

From Seller Central:

  • Select the settings wheel, top right corner
  • Choose Account Info
  • Look on the left "Overview" area and see if there are any RED issues

If something is missing in the setup of things, it may show up in that area.

For the Driver License, what I see the most is the system asks for the front and back of the license and it usually saves the picture in .pdf format.

You may also review: Global Seller Identity Verification

Also review your most recent Performance notifications.
