Pet Supplements Approval Blocked on Amazon?

Hey everyone,

We’re trying to list a pet supplement product on Amazon US, but we ran into a big issue—Amazon is not even allowing us to request approval! Normally, I’d expect to see a “Request Approval” button, but it’s completely missing.

We’ve already completed all the necessary steps, including:

✅ Factory registration

✅ Label review

✅ FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program) approval

Despite this, we can’t even submit an approval request for the pet supplement category. After contacting Seller Support, they only told us that approval is not being accepted at this time, but they didn’t provide any details or solutions.

I searched the forum and noticed that many other sellers dealing with dietary supplements are experiencing the same issue. Has anyone found a workaround or received any guidance from Amazon?

The pet supplements fall under ingestible items. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for ingestible items in pet supplies at this time, but feel free to check back in the future to see if it has opened up again.
