FBA shipment closed but not prime eligible
We sent in a shipment 3 months ago, and it's closed, but not prime eligible. Details:
The shipment was sent in to FBA, arrived 5th July, was recieved on July 22nd (with all items present), closed on August 23rd. However, it is still not prime eligible. All items are showing as available for sale but not possible to buy them with prime, and the delivery time is always 2 weeks in future, but moves a day ahead every day.
We opened a case with seller support, but they couldn't understand the issue. They then tried to claim that only seller fulfilled prime shipments should show as "Prime Eligible", but this is incorrect. Direct quote: "Upon checking, the prime eligible will be displayed for Seller fulfilled items only."
This is clearly incorrect, and all our other shipments show clearly as prime eligible after closing. Seller support then tried to claim it was a cookie issue, but we have this across multiple devices, browsers, and have cleared them.
Anyone experienced this before?
