"You are not brand registered" YES I AM!
We've been dealing with this issue for years and I'm tired of pulling my hair out over it.
Whenever we have a listing issue and I contact Seller Support, they tell me I'm not brand registered and they refuse to help. But I AM BRAND REGISTERED! Brand Registry clearly shows that I am.

I have to spend weeks escalating every issue until finally someone with more experience in Seller Support helps and it's so infuriating.
Why is it that Seller Support cannot see that I'm registered, even though it clearly shows in Brand Registry that I am?
Does anyone else experience this or is it just me?
