Seller Support Clearly Unable to Fix Product Type Issue
Throughout the years Amazon automatically changed my product types to wrong ones. The situation right now is that I have 2 distinct products (with size/color variations) assigned to 10+ different product types. This makes updating the listings in bulk practically impossible and I also believe hurts visibility/sales when a product is in an entirely wrong type.
I've opened many cases regrading this issue. So far seller support are unable to fix and at this point do not even write me back..

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with your products. I've reviewed your case and your ASINs and at this time the team is having difficulties because the Product Types you are requesting are ones that don't currently exist. I would recommend using the Product Classifier so you can provide the specific Browse Node ID for the category you want to put your product into. While the team can take your feedback to add new category types, any changes to the catalog would be determined internally. Let me know if you have further difficulties with your case. Thank you.
