Hi all. I am a citizen of Ukraine, I came to this best country with my family, without knowing the language I had to work. I used to learn how to trade on Amazon, but I never thought that I would get to America. I registered on March 14 on Amazon, they immediately confirmed and withdrew money for using the account. And then Verification came to the utility.Unfortunately, we have a war, so we ended up here, requested utility bills sent to the city of Kyiv, the notary translated and stamped us. No matter how we send whatever we send, Verification failed. There are 20 days left and in general the account is frozen. Specially from the last money I bought a computer. Now on the same computer you can not go through everything again. Probably a robot is sitting there, my wife is already crying from hopelessness. Help who can in council! Thank you all very much!

Hi, you need to provide utility bill that proves your current living address in USA. Name and address must be matching Amazon account you create.
They will also send email to you, you can appeal and send additional documents by clicking the link they provided in the email.
