Do I need FNSKU or ASIN labels if I have UPC on Brand Registry Private Label product

I've seen similar discussions, but most asking if UPC is required and not the other way around. I've also seen some conflicting information outside of the forums, so I just want to put this out there, thanks in advance for any input.

We have completed Brand Registry for our company, and have a UPC from GS1 printed directly on our product. It's private label product, created by us, so there will not be any others selling with this same UPC.

Is the FKSKU, ASIN, (or any other labeling) required to be added? The product is setup as FBA, and when creating the shipping instructions the Information/Action is 'Prep not required / Manufacturer barcode'.

I think we're good with just the UPC, but I keep seeing other posts indicating that FNSKU is required.

Much thanks.

That's correct in case you sell ONLY on Amazon and nowhere else. If you sell wholesale to resellers although these resellers could join your listing and then all products will be comingled. In case of doubt you will have no proof which unit is coming from you and which is coming from a reseller.

it keeps printing just the ASIN.

In very rare cases ASIN and FNSKU are identic. Look at your listing in "Manage Inventory". Under "Product Details" do you see "FNSKU"? If yes, you have to print it by clicking the dots on the right and choosing "Print item labels" using the vertical bar.
