Are you asking if you can sell TO Amazon and then Amazon sells your products? The answer is yes. Look for information about Vendor Central. Last time I checked (which was awhile ago), it was mostly an invitation only kind of thing.

Amazon calls their suppliers 'Vendors'. Access to Vendor Central is by invite only.
You can gain Amazon's attention by owning your own brand/being the manufacturer, having strong sales, or by offering a unique product that they think will do well but don't have access to otherwise.
