Hi @Seller_K2AZHmw78DnCo,

According to the carrier requirements help page (link), Amazon typically responds to appointment requests within 24 hours, so something might be causing a delay here.

Looking at the requirements in the "Scheduling delivery appointments" section, here's what might help get things moving:

Your carrier needs to be registered with Amazon and have both a USDOT number and NMFTA registered SCAC code. They're limited to three appointment requests per shipment (including no-shows and deleted appointments), so you might want to check if they've hit this limit.

When requesting appointments, carriers need to provide:

  • Complete Amazon reference IDs
  • Shipment IDs
  • BOL/tracking numbers
  • Box and pallet counts

One thing to watch out for: the help page mentions that scheduling multiple appointments for the same delivery or providing incorrect shipment information can cause delays and even lead to suspended shipping privileges.

You might also want to check the Prepaid Carrier List (link) to see your carrier's current status with Amazon - this could give you some insight into what's happening.

Hope this helps get your shipment moving!

@Topher_Amazon

I'm also basically having the same issue. The trucker has been trying to schedule a delivery appointment to IUST warehouse but the warehouse keeps delaying it. And we're getting no response from them. We don't know what's going on. Please help.
