B1 Box weight does not meet the expected minimum

I need help with this warning. The manufacturer is sending 2 boxes in each box will be 50 water bottles. One box will be shipped by sea shippment and one box will be shipped by Air shippment.

But it is showing me this warning: B1 Box weight does not meet the expected minimum 243.61 lb.

I suspect that your dimensions are incorrect on Amazon. We get that warning when Amazon thinks our products are larger than they really are. For example, we had one item that's abut 6x4x4 (inches) and Amazon thought it was 10x10x5 (inches). Of course 24 wouldn't fit in the shipping box we chose.

So, go back to Amazon and check the weight and dimensions. You may have incorrect units like kg instead of pounds.

Shipping weight is determined by the unit weight or dimensional weight, depending on size tier and whichever is greater. Including a quick read on Shipping weight.
