Just Made Aware of Canada Post Strike Feedback Removal Assistance – Need Guidance
Hello Amazon Seller Community,
I hope you're all doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve recently learned that Amazon has been offering feedback removal assistance for sellers impacted by the Canada Post strike. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this until now and have already submitted several feedback removal requests through the standard system, only to have them denied.
The negative reviews I’ve received are all related to delays in shipping caused by the Canada Post strike, which impacted the delivery of several orders. Since I missed the January 7, 2025 cutoff for requesting removal, I’m unsure how to proceed and would appreciate any guidance from fellow sellers who have been in a similar situation.
Here are the affected orders and reviews:
Order ID: 701-0301529-3712252
Review: "Hello, you are not send the product, please return my money"
Date: January 9, 2025
Order ID: 702-4048965-8041855
Review: "Been over a month. Package still not here. No assistance"
Date: January 2, 2025

Review: "Item has not arrived"
Date: December 30, 2024
Order ID: 701-9738720-4788248
Review: "Didn’t receive at the date it was specified so return and refund"
Date: December 26, 2024
Order ID: 702-7377563-8525065
Review: "Item was extremely late. (Postal strike). When it showed up it had $34.00 duty on it which priced it higher than all other options."
Date: December 23, 2024
Order ID: 701-8511944-2389865
Review: "Please contact me as I think the package is lost"
Date: December 17, 2024
Given that these delays were caused by the strike and were beyond my control, I am hoping for advice from other sellers who might have been in a similar situation. Has anyone been able to get feedback removed after the January 7 cutoff or is there another process to escalate the issue?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Ricardo from Amazon here.
I'll gladly look into this, but I will need you to provide me a Case ID for those orders.
Looking forward to your reply.
