Can we use the Seller Wallet on Amazon Business accounts?

I tried to register for the Seller Wallet over a year ago
The registration process was very complicated, I answered one question incorrectly by mistake and you only seem to get one chance to register.
As one question was anwered incorrectly it said "unable to verify" and ever since then I have not been able to re-apply
I had numerous emails from an Amazon Associate called "Collin Subbotin" who wanted to help me re-apply, but this Associate then just disappeared, never replied to my emails and subsequently I still want to use Amazon Wallet but nobody is able to help me
So maybe I can now get assistance?

We have batting gloves we designed and a manufacturer from Alibaba makes them. We have some inventory but they don’t have a barcode on them, how do we list these items so that we can enroll in Amazon Wallet and pay manufacturers directly?

Here's the first FAQ we wanted to highlight:
Q: Who's seller wallet for?
A: Amazon Seller Wallet is designed for Amazon sellers who want a simpler, more efficient way to manage their U.S. store proceeds from Seller Central. You don't have to be living in the US to register. Seller Wallet is available for sellers outside of US as well. Global sellers can easily convert USD into over 20 currencies and transfer funds directly to local bank accounts. Sellers with U.S. and international suppliers can streamline payments by paying suppliers directly from Seller Wallet, avoiding extra conversion fees and steps.

Q: Where can I send my money?
A: You can make transfers to up to two global bank accounts in more than 20 currencies. Click here for the full list of supported currencies.
You can also make USD transfers to your own US and Hong Kong bank accounts. You can send USD payments to suppliers with bank accounts in the US and Hong Kong.

Q: How much does Seller Wallet cost?
A: It’s free to create a Seller Wallet account and make USD transfers to US bank accounts. It's also free to send payments to vendors or suppliers with a US bank account (in USD).
There is a cost for international transfers to your own bank accounts (available in 20+ currencies) or payments to USD-denominated bank accounts in Hong Kong. This cost decreases as your business with Amazon grows.

Q: What exchange rate does Seller Wallet use?
A: Amazon works with our bank service providers to ensure Seller Wallet customers get competitive exchange rates for currency conversion. The exchange rates applied to your transfers are close to the mid-market rates. We don't add any hidden fees or markups.
You can view your estimated exchange rate before every transfer. The actual exchange rate may vary from the estimated rate.
