Amazon Not Accepting Applications to Sell Other Human Ingestible products
Hello, we recently created some ASINs in our account without any issue, but shortly after, it became inactive due to Amazon stating:
We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Grocery & Gourmet Foods category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Seller Support has not been able to provide any update or timeline as to when they will begin accepting applications or how to push it through. Amazon Support just says "wait"; it. We already have Amazon brand registry, have been approved to sell in "Grocery & Gourmet Foods" category and have any/all compliance documents needed. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out. Based on what I can see within your brand and the trademark office, your brand/trademark does not currently include this product category that you're attempting to sell on.
I recommend working with an attorney experienced in IP and the trademark office to understand the best path forward for you to have intellectual property in the updated product class.
Please note: If you were not already approved to sell in the supplements category, as part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon has implemented additional restrictions for ingestible supplement products. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for supplements at this time. You are welcome to check back later to see if the category is accepting applications in the future.
If you believe your products have been misclassified within a certain category or sub-category that requires approval, please contact Selling Partner Support with evidence, such as product pictures, to support this claim. Amazon will review your claim and make a final determination that will ensure the best shopping experience for our customers.
