I am writing to raise a concern regarding my Brand Registry application for "SARA HOME DECORE" (Case ID 16667597071) that has been stuck in "Pending Review" status. All the required documentation was submitted correctly, but the application seems to be frozen due to a potential system glitch.
When I attempted to appeal the last case, I clicked the "Close" button weeks ago, which appears to have caused the application to be stuck in limbo. Now, the application details say, "Your case cannot be reopened. If you need help with an issue, please contact us." However, when I click the "Contact Us" link, I receive a message stating, "You do not have any brands enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry."
This creates an endless loop. One part of the system shows the application as "Pending," while other parts treat it as "Closed." Even Brand Registry representatives could not see the pending application when I contacted them, and I was unable to send them the required screenshot because the "Reply" links didn’t work.
I cannot proceed with a new application because the old one shows as pending, leaving me in a perpetual state of limbo. I kindly request your immediate assistance to resolve this issue and provide guidance on the next steps. I am happy to send screenshots or any additional information required.
