Payment from Mexico and Canada marketplace doesn't go to US bank accounts
Hey fellow sellers,
So I have payments from Mexico and Canada marketplaces and I set up my US bank account as deposit method (the same bank as it is with US marketplace). However, all of the disbursements from these 2 marketplaces to my US bank account got reversed. I tried with some other US bank accounts but still got the same results. Do you all have the same issues and if so how do you receive the payment from Mexico and Canada marketplaces?

You can create a Payoneer account. Look if they work with Mexico and Canada. then you put this Payoneer account as "Deposit Method" to your Mexico and Canada account.

In my case, this issue has recently happened. Before, there was no problem. Our Mexico payments was supposed to be deposited in to our United States USD Account as usual. We are using Amazon Currency Converter. This time we haven't received the funds, they are missing. Bank can't locate the funds. I don't know how to overcome this. If you figure out, please let me know.

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACmentioned, the use of Payoneer, or one of our other Disbursement Solution options should help. Here is a Help page on the Payment Service Provider program, and one that details acceptable bank accounts and payment service providers.
