Product Authenticity Complaint does not fix

I have been trying to withdraw the complaint(Product Authenticity Complaints) for a month now. I have appealed about 10 times, provided all the invoices from the distributor and the official letter of confirmation of the authenticity of the goods. I contacted the buyer, explained the situation, provided him with documents and I constantly get the answer that there is not enough evidence.What more proof and documents are needed of course no one explains.I no longer sell this ASIN and removed the listing but this disrespect from amazon and sending the same answer without any explanation completely kills me.and the accusation (Product Authenticity Complaints) is completely unfounded.how to act in such a situation?

Do you have a valid invoice, not a receipt? DO NOT contact buyers.
Where did this authenticity letter come from? What exactly are you selling?

I am having the same issue and now the hold up is that Amazon is unable to reach the supplier and wants me to facilitate a meeting between the two.

I can so relate to your frustration as we have had the same issues for four months now; you were lucky to have the opportunity to remove the listing; (& your inventory?) we decided to fight; as we were felt we had a case, but they went ahead and destroyed 99% of our inventory while our case was still under investigation. After all this time they still have not DENIED us after dozens of submissions. We focus on ensuring our other products are water-tight in terms of authentication, to the point we will ask Amazon if they will accept third-party report on supplier. (QIMA Traceability Audit).As invoice copies and supporting letters from our supplier, their supplier, shipping company and our bank to prove the supply chain, was still not 'enough information'.
