I have been using Printful with amazon for many months. I have product on amazon that is selling, and I have an approved brand.

I am trying to add some new t-shirts and get the following error each time:

Product was not added!

You may not use trademarked terms in the keywords attribute. Please review our prohibited seller activities and actions at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/help.html?itemID=200386250.

I have written to PrintFul, and all they tell me is that I must provide a letter they gave me authorising me to sell Gildan to Amazon. I have tried creating a query with Amazon but each time I get asked for my ASIN ( which I don't have as the product wasnt registered.

Printful seems to want to take no accoutability and pass me to Amazon.

What must I do?
