- Must not be password protected. You can re-upload the same document without password protection or upload an image of the document. For security reasons, do not reply to this email with your password.
- Must not be a screenshot.
- Must be in one of the supported languages. Supported languages include Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese. If the documents are not in one of the supported languages, you must submit a certified translation into one of the supported languages along with the original document.
- Must be a PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF file.
I have also submitted a water bill, gas bill and bank letter each time, and they were all rejected. Is it possible for me to submit my national ID card or passport? Also why are they rejected without any reason?
