Brand registry verification code not received yet

Hello,

I submitted Brand Registry application on July 20, 2023 but I did not receive verification code still. Can anyone tell me normally in how many days we can expect verification code to my e-mail from brand registry. If I did not receive the verification code what can I do? Appreciate your replies.

EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the INFORM 'stuff' and all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules.

Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That 72 hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.

Honestly if anything less than two weeks is 'too long for waiting' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.

They are well known for making a snail look fast.

Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.

AND, it was a weekend and all the MODS were off partying. 😎😎😎😎

Dougal here, the Brand Registry Application process typically takes 10 business days to complete as mentioned in the Brand Registry application process help page. Lately, I have seen applications take quite a bit longer due to a high volume of applications.
