The reason behind that is that you have low stock. 15 units are nothing, a well selling product will sell 15 in half a day.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. "Low or out of stock" is determined by your recent inventory and sales data so that buyers can get an idea of when the inventory might sell out so they can make buying decisions based on that information.
No actions are required on your part. If you sell via FBA you may want to consider creating a new shipment to FBA based on your own discretion to keep yourself in stock while it is transit. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you for your understanding.
