Serious buy box issue. Losing buy box a lot
I keep getting the same canned response from Amazon. Please see image. My buy box is almost always under 90% and sometimes 75%. In the beginning I was consistently over 96%.
What could it be? I’m priced as one of the lowest for my product. No hijackers, no one claiming my brand name or anything. I am eligible as well. I’ve followed all suggestions.
I’m pretty sure this is an issue on Amazon’s end but they refuse to help. I only get the same copy paste message from them that probably everyone gets.
Is there someone I can escalate this to? Did yall have the same issue, and did you resolve it somehow ?
