Chargeback claim approved despite buyer's withdrawal
I fint it extremely frustrating that a chargeback was approved despite buyer's withdrawal.
Buyer filed a chargeback, then I communicated with him and made a new shipment. The buyer was satisfied and agreed to withdraw the chargeback claim. And the buyer provided bank's letter of withdrawal on 8/12. But the chargeback was approved on 8/16.
Is there anything I can do to reverse the decision?

I hate to tell you. But the buyer didn't withdraw the chargeback.
When a chargeback is filed do not send any more merchandise to the customer. Connect with Amazon regarding the chargeback and give them your defense for it. Then wait.
