Privately owned business account billing receipt and Tax title
Hi, I'm so confused about what title I have to put on my billing receipt from supplier.
I registered "Privately Owned business", basically is sole-proprietorship. However, I also entered my company name and registered number. Those from provincial government, I registered company name, and I guess is different with LLC from the USA , because LLC has law protection.
I'm about to do brand registration on seller account, need to upload the receipt from the supplier. What should the supplier put on the title of the billing receipt? My personal fuil name or company name? What I confused is the company is not registered as a corporation business, it just a company name, because is sole-proprietorship.
Another thing is, TAX filling will be use my full name? or company name?
Thank you.

With LLC's and sole proprietorships being different, if you operate under a company name and would like to use that, then feel free! All information must match between your trademark application, Brand Registry application, and selling account when it comes to business address, company name etc so I recommend picking one and keeping it the same across the board.
