AI generated description is obviously wrong. What can/should a seller do?

We have a summary description which is AI-generated from the text of customer reviews. Part of their description is just wrong. It says it is "water resistant" but we're selling a wet wipe. It has nothing to do with "water resistance". This is falsely generated AI description and is misleading customers, potentially affecting our sales. None of our customers review don't even mention the word "water resistance". This may have been because some customers mentioned that they liked the sturdy wipe and ample water content, but I'm not sure about why this happened.

I opened a case and asked if there is anything that can be done, but they answered that I can request removal of a customer review if it is against the ToS, which is not relevant to my problem/question. I said that their answer is not relevant to my problem and politely asked them to review my case again, but they repeated the same thing for three times. (Case number: 14304854341, ASIN: B0BZWNXBNX)

I've read this post (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/c0b7b67a-fd43-4131-9730-749331ace9d2), but apparently none seems to have a case where they successfully edited the AI-generated description. The mod said that (s)he is going to follow along, but no news for a month.

Is there anyone who is experiencing a similar problem? If so, how many are there? Would you guys mind sharing your case(s) so the support, mod or relevant team can recognize this problem? It would be really helpful to know if there is a case where this kind of falsely "AI-generated" description was edited or corrected after appeal.

For anyone seeing this post and curious about the progress, the AI-generated review summary has been removed. The whole AI-generated text has gone. No update from the support nor from anyone. I'm not sure whether Amazon has excluded us from this feature or they are working on it. I'll keep this post updated if there is any update.

Hi Rose. Thank you for paying attention to this matter. I appreciate it. However, I was hoping Amazon could edit or fix the AI generated description, not just outright removal because AI generated description, if accurate, can give customers a quick summary. I'd choose to remove it rather than having a totally false one and I understand Amazon's decision to just delete it for our listing, but the ideal solution would be to have a corrected one. Look forward to further development on this matter.

@Seokjung, the team confirmed that the AI generates review highlights based on customer reviews. In rare cases, the AI may generate highlights that do not accurately reflect the reviews.

The team is constantly auditing the AI-generated reviews and if the review seems inaccurate, they will take down the review highlight and generate new review highlights.

Rose, Thank you for your reply. I've got the response from the Amazon support, too. The response was just like you said. If I'm not mistaken, ours is currently removed because it was inaccurate and, possibly, will be renewed in the future.

I believe Amazon's approach is fair. I'm glad that Amazon is constantly trying to audit and renew AI-generated reviews.

I'll keep this post updated if there is any update unless I forget to do so.

For anyone seeing this post to find out more about false AI description, mine was deleted as you can see from this post about 4 weeks ago. My AI description has not been revived. According to my understanding of what the Amazon support said, Amazon removes wrong AI description if found or reported, train it again or improve it, and then renew it. However, mine has not been renewed and the AI description is still not shown.

I personally prefer to have an AI description unless it is false because my product is rated 4.7-4.8 on average although the number of reviews is just tens of them.

I would be glad to hear other sellers' experience on renewing the AI description after reporting falsely generated one.
