TAX ID VERIFICATION Document(s) for Canadian Sellers
I see a ton of people are having similar issues with their Tax ID verification process.
I have uploaded 3 different Canadian Tax documents which shows my SIN number, name and address, but it has not been accepted. My account still shows 'Risk of Deactivation'. I even received a direct phone call from Amazon where they left a voicemail stating I needed to submit documentation after 4 days of me submitting documentation.
Do any Canadian Sellers out there know what documentation is acceptable to upload?
I have a paper document from Service Canada for my official SIN number. Apparently, Canadian Government does not issue plastic SIN Cards anymore, only paper. This was not accepted.
My most recent upload, I took a Screenshot of my Front Page of my TAX Return which has my name, Address, and SIN number. Still waiting to see if this gets accepted.

Are you sending the info as a PDF? This seems to be the preference. I have heard from other sellers that Screenshots are never accepted.
I am getting my scanned today (ancient plastic SIN card). Everything else I have sent in the same scan and send as PDF has worked, though this card is faded.

Just an update.
The Yellow box warning 'my account is at risk of deactivation' is gone in my Seller Central Account, so they must have accepted my document for TAX ID verification.
I sent a screenshot of the 1st page of my Tax Return which shows my address, name, and SIN number.
I don't have plastic SIN card, as I lost it years ago. Last year I went to Service Canada to get a new one, and they said they don't issue plastic SIN cards anymore.
Instead they sent me a Paper document for my SIN number. Amazon would not accept this though. Weird.
