Customer from Canada cannot buy product on AMAZON.COM
Customer from Quebec Canada said that he cannot buy my product from Amazon.com (let me emphasize, from amazon.com, NOT amazon.ca)
I contact amazon for support, and they tell me that this product is applied cross-border restrictions flag
But my competitors - 99% same as mine - available for customer from Canada
So there is an error with Amazon system, or I miss any metrics on account to set up this available, or I need any certification?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! If your product has cross-border restrictions it most likely is correct in not being able to be purchased. Even though other sellers are offering it, they may be breaking policy. Can you provide me the Case ID you submitted?
