My store hasn't had a shopping cart in 3 months because of ODR

I've been penalized with no cart for 3 months before because of 20 A-to-Z claims and negative feedback.

Now there are 4 more orders affected by ODR and they all happened in July.

I would like to know how long it will take to get my store policy sales back.
