What is considered a “Shipping Service: Premium” order
What is considered a “Shipping Service: Premium” order? see image below.

I have one order labeled as Order Type Expedited.
When I select the Filter called Premium under Shipping Service, no orders appear.
When I de-select the Premium filter, all orders appear including the 1 marked Expedited.
Does this mean the 1 order marked as Order Type: Expedited is not considered “Premium”?
Here is an image of an example of a Standard and the 1 Expedited order types.

The reason I ask is because my Order Type/Shipping Service for Expedited orders is not showing Premium and when purchasing the a shipping label it does indicate Claims Protected and OTDR Protected after printing the label.
I understand that Free Economy, Prime, and Premium are not eligible for OTDR protection.

But, the orders do not show under the "Premium" filter and after purchasing the shipping labels they do indicate OTDR Protection.

Basically, should the Expedited orders be listed under the Premium filter? Or are they not Premium?

Hello @Seller_Iq8G0IA7I69uO
Just checking with @Topher_Amazonif this order as Expedited is covered with the OTDR Protected and Claims Protected since the badges/icons are being displayed offering the protections?
I reached out to our partner team with this question. That team confirmed that Expedited shipments are eligible for OTDR Protection (as long as the orders meet all requirements) and are treated like 'Standard' shipping for that purpose.
Free Economy shipping is specifically called out as ineligible for OTDR protection, but I understand from @Seller_EkbLZUYSpmJEy that 'OTDR Protected' badges may appear for those orders with services that meet the delivery promise. I shared this feedback with our partner team.

Economy, Expedited, 2 day, 1 day and same day orders are not covered by OTDR Protection as you noted.
There were several issues noted here on the forum today revolving around Amazon Buy Shipping. Most revolved around orders that should have had both Claims Protected and OTDR Protected but were getting Late Delivery Risk badges instead. Your issue seems to be the reverse of what everyone else was experiencing.
@KJ_Amazon noted on other posts that Amazon was aware and later came back saying to recheck as the issues had been corrected.
Premium Shipping would be 2 Day, 1 Day and Same Day.
Economy and Expedited are other shipping options that stand alone like Standard Shipping and not considered Premium Shipping Options.

Thanks for the update, @KJ_Amazon.
I am not sure if you need any screenshots to help with the Free Economy badges. I have an order for under $8 which will ship in a regular envelope as First Class Envelope using a stamp. It does not show any protection badges because I confirmed the shipment with USPS First Class Mail Envelope and no tracking ID. It did offer the badges for both OTDR and Claims if I purchased the USPS Ground Advantage label. But I did not purchase the label to test if the order would display them afterwards.

No protection after confirming with First Class Envelopes as expected.

Thanks for those screenshots @Seller_Iq8G0IA7I69uO
The team is reviewing how badges appear for various shipment types including Free Economy, which shows in the FAQ as being ineligible for protection.
