Account deactivated to several IP complains for Counterfeit

Hi

i got several IP counterfeits complains which i did not resolve in a timely manner, which lead to my account deactivation. My lawyers sent several emails to the brand owners asking for their retraction, but they did not reply nor retracted. Unfortunately on my seller central, the appeal option did not have the option for me to include a plan of action nor the option to submit the invoice. it only has the following options

Note: Generic explanations or any documents other than those requested do not meet the requirements for reinstatement.

OR

Contact the rights owner to resolve this violation. Your listings may be reinstated if the rights owner contacts Amazon to withdraw their complaint. You can find the contact information of the right owner in the listing deactivation communication you have received.

Select the evidence you have to demonstrate the authenticity of the products listed.

1. A Letter of Authorization (LOA)/Licensing Agreement (LA) from the Rights Owner authorizing you to sell the product.

2. A registered Trademark number to demonstrate compliance

3. Legal documents (Court Order, Temporary Restraining order, injunction)

For this reason, i cannot submit the invoice nor the plan of action to amazon. does anyone encounter the same situations like me ? It seems like the brand did not want to retract the counterfeit complain nor can i submit plan of action to amazon or invoice.

A brand does not have to answer your requests. They apparently do not want you selling their products and whatever invoice you have will not be valid.
