如何抵制跟卖,跟卖卖家不发货我该如何投诉?
我们店铺已经被恶意跟卖一个月之久。卖家店铺:weizhiqing,该卖家利用超低的价格($1.99)后改为($4.96)跟卖我们的商品,从而抢走了我们的购物车,我因为防御跟卖不得已降价到亏本保护购物车。
1、现因价格过高或者过低而丢失了购物车,我们坚决不修改低价来恢复购物车,所以需要亚马逊帮助我们进行内部恢复。(同行价格均在$12.99-$15.99)
2、举报该卖家的恶意竞争行为,FBM超低价格竞争,我发现该卖家并不进行发货操作,消费者的权益受到损害。
注:商品是我们公司定制设计款、工厂定做而成,周期长达12天,图案均是我们设计原稿出厂,跟卖者根本无法提供真实准确的商品。此举定能清楚的知道他所销售的商品是发不了货的恶意行为。

My name is Dougal and I will be happy to assist with what you can do next. There are 2 seperate workflows from your post here and it will depend on what is going on and what you have already done. I will explain more:
- If you have completed a test buy of the product and have determined that it is counterfeit or in some other ways violates your Intellectual Property, I recommend using the Report a Violation workflow on the Brand Registry site. I also strongly recommend reviewing the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page because this provides step by step instructions, what can be reported and what cannot as well as best practices.
- For issues associated with an order that missed the delivery window I recommend you complete a test buy and if the fulfillment of your order doesn't happen, then you will Report Abuse of Amazon Policies via your Account Health Dashboard.
