Help Linking Third Party ASIN to Registered Brand

I have recently acquired brand registry approval for my brand. We are not a new company but we are new to Amazon. Our products are currently listed on Amazon by third party sellers that had created their ASINs before we registered our brand. These listings all need to be updated. They all contain old pictures, old descriptions, incorrect brand names, incorrect country of origin, etc. These need to be updated to offer a better buyer experience.

I have contacted Amazon help a number for times in a number of different ways. I want to get the brands corrected on these listings and then link them to my registered brand.

I have been told multiple times that I have to delete the current ASINs and make new ones. I can't because I am not linked to the ASINs. I have submitted brand update tickets in the on the help page. I have submitted an infringement notice. I am at a loss as to what to do.

I finally got a help person who had me send her all of the ASIN numbers I needed the brand changed on and she said they would be updated in 7 days. It has been 11 days and nothing is updated. I can't open the ticket back up because it was inactive for over 5 days.

Today I requested a call and twice not the line has been disconnected.

Hi @Seller_7fjzppjyx27rw,

Daryl here from our Forums team, took a look at the various cases you have created the last 2 weeks, and I was able to find the case ending in 8131 in which they were able to reach the correct escalation process.

The brand itself (Church Tackle Co) is currently undergoing an internal escalation process and the ASINs attached to the same are also being audited.

From what I read within the escalation notes, the review was submitted on 1/5/24, and this process usually takes 12-15 business days.

Not very sure why our support team doesn't give SLA visibility for your assurance, I offer you 2 ways to seek the resolution on this matter:

1- Monitor the status through case ending in 8131 (Because our support team will most likely send you "template" updates)

2- I can keep an eye out on the escalation request and follow up with you with their answer.

Looking forward to your reply.

Daryl
