Amazon Withholding Funds
Dear Seller Community and Amazon Employees,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and concern regarding my ongoing attempts to close my account and request my funds. My account was deactivated over a year ago. I no longer have any interest in selling on Amazon platform. They have been withholding my funds for over a year now. I have tried to verify me via video call, the call never comes through. For a multibillion dollar company they should have other methods of contact and be able to verify by other means.
The delay on receiving my funds are now causing significant financial hardship for me and my family. I am currently unemployed, and the funds I am owed are desperately needed to support my children. I can not stress enough how critical this is for my family's well-being. I implore you to expedite the resolution of this issue and to ensure that my refund is processed in a timely manner. I have sent emails to multiple point of contacts since 10/26/2023 with follow-up emails and still no response from anyone in at all.

Amazon doesn't release funds when you are suspended unless you go through Arbitration and force them to.
If you have a Counterfeit, or Authenticity issue, the odds are you will not see those funds.
Finally, tagging emails i here is useless.

Let's cut the niceties and 'fluff' and get to the point.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
Is it a Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....
As @Seller_J46Ruz3VzvWCV noted, if you got caught dropshipping you will never see a dime because you have NO PROOF that your items are not counterfeit.
Whoever convinced you to try Amazon because it is 'so easy' should be the one that you are angry with.

So give them the proof you own the account and forget all the drama about your family. It doesn't influence Amazon any at all.
