Is the Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee claim just for show?
Hello everyone,
If you read this topic, welcome to share your opinion about it.
After appealing, there's no result, and the entry is closed directly. What's the use of the Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee claim? It doesn't seem to offer any protection at all.
Order Number: 112-0297246-0043439
Shipping Date: Friday, September 20, 2024, PDT to Monday, September 23, 2024
Delivery Date: Wednesday, October 2, 2024, PDT to Wednesday, October 9, 2024
Tracking Numbers UPS: 803473126331956681 USPS: 92612903033211543475757872
We used UPS logistics service and then handed over to USPS for delivery. The tracking website is: https:// can't put the outside chain in here tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=92612903033211543475757872 From the two tracking numbers, it can be seen that the goods were shipped within the shipping date required by Amazon and comply with the Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee claim rules.
After arrival, it was transported by USPS. Both were delivered within the delivery date required by Amazon, and the delivery success can be queried on the USPS official website. Why do we still have to refund our payment? No reason was given. What's the point of having an appeal entry? Not only was the payment taken back, but the buyer also applied for an Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee claim, which affected our performance, preventing us from selling our products.
How did Amazon approve the buyer's claim request? The most interesting thing is that the buyer initially applied for a refund with the reason: "The item that you received is a wrong size and it's not what is described on the website." Doesn't this clearly indicate that he has received the product? Later, he also demanded compensation, claiming not to have received it, and this was actually successful. This has caused us sellers to suffer losses for nothing. Is there anyone from the official side who can provide an answer?
What is the role of the Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee claim? I have contacted Amazon seller customer service and buyer customer service, but they are useless, all shirking and not dealing with the problem positively. I don't know if anyone here can handle it.
As a seller, it's too difficult. The buyer's any problem requires the seller to take responsibility. I also want to ask, if the buyer's own order delivery address problem causes the delivery to be unsuccessful, does this loss also need to be borne by the seller? I have encountered this many times. Sigh...
